1. Scope
 

This Refund Policy applies to all fees charged by Swiss Markt GmbH for recruitment and consulting services, including:

• Consultation fees paid upfront by Clients

• Recruitment success fees (commission) payable upon successful placement of a candidate

2. Consultation Fee
 

2.1 The consultation fee is a fixed fee charged for initial recruitment consulting, job profiling, and candidate search strategy.

2.2 This fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time, expertise, and resources invested in the consulting process.

2.3 Payment terms are specified in the invoice or service agreement.
 

3. Recruitment Success Fee (Commission)
 

3.1 The recruitment success fee is only charged after a candidate is successfully placed and has commenced employment with the Client.

3.2 If a candidate does not accept the offer, does not start the role, or the placement is terminated before commencement, no success fee is payable.

3.3 Any disputes regarding the success fee must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the invoice date.

4. Partial Refunds
 

4.1 Swiss Markt GmbH does not provide partial refunds for consultation services once provided.

4.2 No refund is due for the success fee once a candidate has started their employment, except in cases of proven error in billing or calculation.
 

5. Refund Requests
 

5.1 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

5.2 Swiss Markt GmbH reserves the right to review each request and respond within 14 business days.
 

6. Governing Law
 

This Refund Policy is governed by Swiss law. Any disputes relating to refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucerne, Switzerland.
