2.2 Services are provided to:
Job seekers and candidates (“Candidates”)
Companies, employers, or other business clients (“Clients”)

2.3 The exact scope of services for Clients is defined in separate agreements or contracts.

3. Candidate Applications

3.1 By submitting your application, CV, or other documents, you authorize Swiss Markt GmbH to:

Process your personal data for recruitment purposes
Share your application with potential employers (with your consent)
Contact you regarding job opportunities

3.2 Candidates confirm that the information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful.
3.3 Swiss Markt GmbH is not liable for decisions made by employers based on submitted applications.

4. Client Engagement

4.1 Clients agree to provide accurate company information and requirements for vacancies.
4.2 Swiss Markt GmbH will present suitable candidates, but the final hiring decision rests with the Client.
4.3 Clients must not bypass Swiss Markt GmbH to directly engage candidates introduced through our services within a specified period (as defined in individual contracts).
4.4 Fees and payment terms are outlined in separate agreements. Late payments may incur interest according to Swiss law.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content on www.swissmarktgmbh.ch, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Swiss Markt GmbH or licensed to us.
5.2 Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

6. Website Usage

6.1 The website is provided for general information and recruitment purposes.
6.2 Users must not use the website for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes, including:

Spamming or phishing

10.2 Any disputes arising from these T&C or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucerne, Switzerland, unless otherwise agreed in a written contract.

11. Severability

If any provision of these T&C is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
